Lab Talentos

Opened its doors as a safe space for over 30 underprivileged youth to learn, grow, and get 1% better every day. Through access to quality education and technology, we aim to ignite their potential.

We believe that knowledge is the foundation of empowerment. By ensuring this safe space to learn, we actively work to break the cycle of poverty, cultivate leadership, and create pathways that enable a brighter future.

We unlock full potential

Quibdó, Colombia, is a community heavily affected by poverty and violence, a place where opportunities are scarce. Lab Talentos creates a new path for children to thrive.

Our Dreamers, Builders, and Creators (the age groups at Lab Talentos) follow a customized program designed to give them the tools to succeed in the future. They get access to dedicated teachers, online courses, and global resources they've never had before.

What we support

We connect students with modern tools and show them how people are building the future, giving them access to the latest developments and innovations so they can grow with the world around them.

Mentorship & leadership

Through the support of local and international mentors who help them believe in their potential, inspire them to dream big, and guide them through the steps to achieve it.

Digital & English Proficiency

We train students in practical digital skills and everyday English so they can access information, and connect with the world. These skills open the door to new learning opportunities and future career paths.

Taira M.

My name is TAIRA an I am 15 years old. I have a little sister who is 2 years old. I attend the 11th grade. This year I’m going to graduate to high school. My favorite class is Spanish. I don’t have any hard classes. In my free time, I like to read, do my homework, and play. I also help my mother. My favorite sport is basketball.
For me is so important go to the church every Sunday I am grateful to my Lab Talentos teachers. You are very valuable to me and my family. Your support to my life is very valuable.

My name is SAMIRA and I am 16 years old. I have two brothers and one sister. I’m graduate from secondary school and I will go to university to study nursing. I’m very happy to start my university career. In my free time, I like to study, do my homework, help my mother with housework, and play with my brothers and sister. My favorite sport is basketball. My name is JEHILIN and I am 14 years old. I have three sisters and one brother. I attend the 8th grade. The name of my school is Institución Educativa Domingo Savio.
