Just read the 2025 Impact of Enablement Report and it nails what we’ve seen firsthand: enablement sounds great in theory but most teams still struggle to make it work in practice.
1. More Tools ≠ More Impact
There’s this belief that if we add more platforms, more features, or more dashboards, we’ll drive better performance. But in practice?I’ve seen teams invest heavily in platforms that reps rarely open. The true: more tools create more confusion especially when they aren’t integrated or aligned to sales workflows.
Reps don’t want different platforms for each action. What they need is a single (or fewer) experience that supports them without pulling them out of their flow. When we overcomplicate the tech environment, reps disengage.
Finally, buying tech isn’t enablement. Adoption is.
2. Enablement must live in the workflow
When the tech environment gets overcomplicated, reps disengage. Enablement that’s siloed into separate portals loses connection with the moment of need. Reps need enablement that’s easily accessible and embedded right within the tools they use every day. This kind of seamless integration reduces friction and boosts genuine content engagement.
3. Outdated content Is hurting deals
I’ve walked into companies where reps are using last quarter’s pricing or two-year-old product slides. Why? Because the latest version is hard to find or the library is a mess.
Even the best content is useless if it’s old or hard to find. Reps usually just save decks on their own, use what they think is the latest version, or reuse old stuff. That makes their message all over the place and yep, you’re missing deals because of it!
4. Content adoption is a real struggle
The numbers don’t lie 24% of enablers say over 80% of their content isn’t used, and less than 10% believe even 60% of their content gets any traction. Teams literally waste time designing and polishing content that never gets adopted. Content strategy needs to be smart, built around what reps actually need.
Our philosophy at revlogic is simple:
Embed enablement where work happens. Keep it relevant. Make it easy. Measure what matters.
We remove sales friction, streamline GTM execution, and drive full-cycle growth.
We build tools that empower every step of the sales process, using AI where applicable, from presales to post-sales.
And we’re obsessed with making sure the enablement you invest in drives revenue, not just more slides.
If your reps are still lost in folders, juggling tools, constantly context switching, or stuck using outdated decks, then your enablement isn’t enabling, its inhibiting. Time for a reset.
Let’s build better.
